Guides, registry data and naming notes on .si domains, AI domains and SuperIntelligence. Every article is researched, dated and sourced.
Executive Order 14434 replaces AI with SI in federal agency documents. This explainer covers the operative text, what the order leaves alone, the dates from the September poll to the November 28 deadline, and whether your company should say SI or AI.
SI usually means the International System of Units. Since September 29, 2026, Super Intelligence (SI) is also the US executive branch's term for AI under Executive Order 14434, and .si is Slovenia's domain. We source each meaning and cover the seven base units, other uses of SI and what the order does not change.
